I called in, they are required to complete their own technical report for Carmax and the company doing it said it would take between 4-6 weeks....this is week 4 so they need to extend it until that is complete and then they can close the PP.   I'm disappointed as my money has been sitting there since early May, but just gotta wait I guess.
