The remodel work is used to decide if a new RE is required or not. If that's really all they're working on it shouldn't take this long. I see it as stalling by Teck while they work a deal. Maybe it's SC or Galore, or both. They would leave us hanging while they negotiate and there's nothing we can do under the JV.
