IMO, if copper continues to rally, I would expect the SP to head back to 0.18$. Here's my guess.

First, need to resolve the Carmax land issue

Second, need to close the current PP.

Third, we rally back to 0.18$ if copper prices holds.

Finally, who knows what interresting update we could get that would push us over 0.18$.
