Sibiu, I dont think works that way. 50M seems like a reasonable amount to buy Carmax and develop the other properties. 10M not so much unless they want to partner up or dillute again a few years down the road. Im pretty sure he meant 50M as a reasonable amount to keep business active and not simply a % of the buyout as you put it
