It maybe that Teck is waiting to save up their dollars so they can fund the project themselvest. But I doubt it. They could and probably will have someone else put up the money anyway. That is if they plan on turning Schaft Creek into a mine. If they do not have those plans then they should bow out and let someone else have a go.
