I saw that story but it's a strange one. Something about this company is odd. They are apparently selling their assets for 750 million, after the news became public the stock gained 500% giving it a MC of 115 million.

Shouldn't the stock price be over 15$? Bringing it closer to the buyout value of 750 million. It's a fishy development golf.
