They know that copper will hover around 4 usd  for quite a long time in the next decade(just read that).

They have to be thinking seriously...to develop ...co-develop...or sell.....or let it sit there idle?

I hope it does not make sense to them.

But like somebody said.."common sense is not common".

They have a history of making idiotic decisions.
