morning....the convo with Elmer had instilled some hope with me as well. I must say when you visit with him - he is good at that - instilling or giving positive vibes....but is poor with following thru. I think at this point actions speak louder than words. Since when, middle of last year they been working on this re-model, expressing to be done by year end, then first quarter, then yadda yadda yadda and here we still are - no further ahead.

I almost feel bad to get anyones hope up - my apologies. I wonder how Elmer feels about that??
