Guys,

Here is something of interest-

Falco Resources, another resource developer in Canada just announced their feasibility study for their deposit. Go look at their numbers. It's also interesting that their management team used only the 5% discount rate for valuations of economics.

Also note, they have a market value of 185 million. This shows how undervalued we are to our peers in the industry.
