Teck is in a precarious position now. Any further work on the project increases the value which in turn increases our value.

It's time for Teck to take us out or move out of the way. The data is complete and they now know exactly what they have and a good idea how large this project is.

I believe the meetings upcoming this month may be eactly about that. We have had a second party review all the data all along this process so a low ball offer is hopefully not an option but this play has never gone correctly.
