I haven't been able to find a copy of the Liard agreement and have never seen any reference to it in CUU press releases or financial docs. Do you have a link or location for it, or is this verbal from the office? Since CUU is a shareholder in Liard, which is a private corp., then any decision made with this agreement should be material and discloseable by CUU. Both the Salazar and JV contracts were/are subject to underlying agreements which name Liard so it may be one of them.
