I hope you are right explorationguy.  Still just confused why Elmer was stating that each section had to be completed, etc weeks ago... when Teck states that it was completed 5 months ago.

If Copper Fox is revising and challenging the numbers in the last 5 months with a third party, they could have simply let us know that it`s completed and under final review, no?
