It wasn't present in the March presentation but appeared in the May version. Teck stated they completed a thorough remodel in Q2. Did Elmer get the results back then and put the caution in based on legal advice? He's not sending any good signals and sitting on bad news is never a good idea. The only real good news I can see is the share price is not likely to fall much as we are essentially trading at the remaining value in the JV with no value for the metal in ground. Still waiting for Elmer to explain how this makes any sense.
