My take. The office says Teck is not disputing the FS but gives no reason for the 3rd party analysis (I like the theory it's concerning an offer dispute).

The only real positive I went away with is things will be way better if copper hits 3.50. This is an excuse but it as also true and we are maybe in an advancing copper market ( if 3.28 gets taken out)

Much as I want the bs to be over maybe EE does not want to sell too early.  If only they gave us straight answers.
