Well I agree I do understand people selling if they need money or if there is a quick 'sure' gain somewhere else. The news delays have most certainly added to the price decline. But the delays have (apart from the little delution) not added to the depreciation of the fair value of this company has it? 

And to answer the second question, who is still holding, aparently all the insiders who have a lot of skin in the game. They do tend to know more that the average investor or even professional investors such a brokers, asset managers or research firms.
