Interesting that they mention an independent consultant.  It was never mentioned before in any of their previous news releases.  I wonder who that "independent consultant" is?  Perhaps a third interested party looking to acquire our interests?  Imho, there is no way it could of taken this long to do this work.  Over 5 years to do a remodel?  Give me a break Elmer.  We are not that stupid.   Something is going down and I don't think it is just remodel work imo.
