Teck has enjoyed a great run recently and in the last year. They need to send some love our way. 

Hopefully our day is coming!! Any news of Teck wanting to develop SC will send us into a new trading range far above these levels. 

Seeing stocks like HIP go from 25 cents to 2 dollars gives hope to companies wanting higher valuations for their assets.
