Not trying to be Debbie Downer here but does CUU actually own anything in the area of have any claims other than the roughly 25% of Schaft Creek? I can't remember if CUU filed any claims over the years in the area or is it just Schaft Creek JV itself? For example Teck could combine Galore and the whole area into one operation but that doesn't mean CUU would be entitled to any of it other than Schaft Creek. I remember CUU applying for space at the port and hydro but did they file or do they hold any claims in the area outside of Schaft Creek?
