Why does Teck keep poking around and dragging us along like a beaten dog? 

I feel if our share price doesn't see some signs of life soon then that means we have been shelved. There's only so much time left to catch the next cycle with five year build out the clock is running out.

I don't get any warm and fuzzies talking Elmer and the team as no one seems to have a clue what's going on. That's the incredibly frustrating part of this whole project is no one else can run a business with no clue what's going on? Bizarre. 

Running out of patience.
