How could be literally in the middle of writing the press release on the re-model on Jan.21 and still not publish it?

He said it can't be delayed due to exchange rules. If it was a Teck mistake how is that not corrected yet and the pr out? It's Jan 21  

when will the remodel pr be out?

when is he going to grow some cahones and put pressure on Teck?
