The JV was done "in the spirit of"...... Once you get beyond that joke, you totally realize that EE calls all of the shots, with probably bad advice from Elmer. I invested in this believing that EE will not sellout for 12cents. So just what is his buyout level? Teck needs to make a decision in the near future as to what they are actually going to do with this in the short term and the long term. I am betting on a positive short term resolution.... Then we have those priceless AZ properties to consider as more than a make work project.
