Bigbuck, I know EG can speak for himself, and I'm sure he will, but you misread his post; he did not accuse anyone of anything.  He pointed out the technical work was done in Q2 2017, and that the formal technical report would be made in Q1 2018, at which point it would have to be reported.

Elmer, of course, would be privy to the technical work, and obviously he would share that with Ernesto.  But there is no legal obligation to share it with anyone until the formal technical report is made this quarter.  

His point, I believe, was that once the formal technical report is published, then we will know all the necesary facts that are available to us; talking to Elmer before the report is published will not shed any light on what is to come.
