I am no fan of Elmer but this is liable aqusation. You're accusing him of breaking securities laws. Once one has a material report it must be published with in a short timeframe, 1 week. 

And it's not CF's report it's the JV's so they would both be in violation. 

I have talked to him as recent as yesterday and asked those questions. You should do the same and not make inappropriate accusations. Clearly you'd rather spew your conclusions than do the ethical thing and accuse him over the phone. After that then you have the right to make your conclusions. Man up, pick up the phone.
