The SCJV has a 85.45 % equity ownership in Liard Copper Mines. Copper Fox holds about 1.5% ownership independently of the SCJV. In the JV, Teck as operator votes for the Liard shares and CUU must vote the same as the JV Liard shares vote.I've never understood why updating Liard means anything although Elmer apparently mentions it to those who contact him.
