Maybe it was Teck buying back shares they did say they should be done by the end of March with the buy back. Still don't know why they didn't just buy a portion or all of CIC shares when they sold them in Sept,I've been trying to find out who bought them even my friend who was PDAC was asking around and the only thing he came up with was it was brokered by JP Morgan.
