If I'm not mistaken, February 2017 was the last time we read that Elmer is "very pleased with the progress of the Schaft Creek project."

None of us investors have been pleased at all, but it seems even the president and CEO has lost his enthusiasm in NRs. What's he gonna say? "Being on care and maintenance status is the cat's ass! Buy some shares today!"
