Valuing a mine

hey, wondering if there is a general formula for valuing a company based on Pfs or bfs metrics

eg, let’s say based on today’s metal prices a company figures it will profit 100 million/yr over 30 yrs

Cost to build a mine is 500 million

200 mill shares outstanding

safe jurisdiction, easy open pit...nothing crazy

Is there anyway of getting a general idea of what the company who owns the undeveloped property is worth
