Here we are 4 yrs from that plan and still no money 

 I’ve talk to him on the phone seems like a nice guy but the fact is he has not accomplished the goals he set out and to that he is being judged.  If it’s Ernesto holding out, we’ll then if I was Elmer I would put pressure on Ernesto as I would hate to see my professional reputation being downgraded because of his stubbornness
