The desktop studies should be the top priority. What the market needs to know if Elmer wants the share price to move is what will he do with the results. I doubt he will be allowed to release any numbers by Teck since the results will not be considered NI 43-101 compliant outside of a technical report. So that leaves the announcement of the technical report itself, which may start the ball rolling.
