No problem! Should have provided a link. Few comments about this:

1) The company never enjoyed wasting money on a IR & PR firm. 

2) The contract is only 6 months ending in October, with monthly services thereafter on notice

3) Finally the company is trying to promote itself to the broader market forces 

To conclude, the timing is interesting to say the least and points to a direction of a future sale. The end game is insight, the dark tunnel is showing hints of light.
