I think you are both a little off on the deal.  Teck wil help find financing for our side of the project. 

My current guess is Teck puts up just enough to get funding for the jv Corp.  

The jv would have to pay back the financing and the initial installment from Teck.   Then we start collecting our 25%.

 

The JV I believe is it’s own company.
