I believe it's with the financing in mind...

the biggest beneficiary of E's  "gesture" is also the biggest shareholder, ( If we are on the brink of a successful outcome)-

If nothing positive is happening why extend the warrants at all?

as the saying goes...."Remember the golden rule- he/she who has the Gold Rules"

A wise move imo

and hopefully profitable for all too!
