Thank you Grant.  Perhaps I should have been more specific with respect to my comments regarding spending.  Those that have been here for years know the context all too well, and I was referring - as you surmised - the the long track record of spending money frivolously.  As a result we've become diluted repeatedly, and the coffers seem to be continuously running on fumes.  All that with the promise of things wrapping up soon, and management continuing to be pleased whenever we have the good fortune of getting handed a treat in the form of a news release.
