The entire history of insider transactions is posted on www.sedi.ca for free with no membership required. It takes a bit of poking around to get to the report you want but it's all there. A number of insiders have been loading up on cheap shares with warrants attached for the last three years. I expect they will continue to do so for future PP until this standoff with Teck is resolved.
