Teck states in their NR yesterday "The Galore Project is part of Project Satellite,an initiative focused in surfacing value from Teck's substantial base metal assets located in low-risk stable jurisdictions". I think that's were Teck  is looking to invested heavily in the coming years,they see what's going on around the world with goverments taking control of mines or laying heavy tax loads on miners. They don't need or want any part of that,who knows what will happen in Chile in the coming years.
