Totally agree. However, if you are selling, then the presentation of value to the prospective purchaser is critically important.This is part of Renmark's business.

IMO, this presentation is targetted at mining companies who are interested in increasing their copper reserves. 

The usual process would be for Renmark to contact identified prospects and refer them to the presentation on the website. The prospect would review the information presented in detail and, if interested, contact Renmark, sign an NDA and enter into DD with Copper Fox directly. 

Whether or not a deal happens is determined by price. Copper Fox has, effectively set a price of 94 cents per share for all known assets that can be valued and has described the potential for assets that would be valued through negotiation.

This may not be what is actually happening. However, based on future copper supply/demand projections detailed in the first section of the presentation, this would be a very good time to convert current and prospective copper assets into cash.
