That is exactly correct - and in the best interests of all shareholders as, on a price per share basis, we all get the same deal as Ernesto. If CUU simply sells its interest in SC, it would receive cash, net of taxes, which could be used to advance development of its other copper mine prospects and pay a special dividend to shareholders.

Regarding Ernesto taking the company private, I believe OSC rules would require a "majority of the minority" approval. The fairness of the price per share valuation would also have to be approved by the OSC.
