The Van Dyke Inferred has to be removed so the 11.3 B I mentioned is wrong. From the tables on slides 12 and 13 I see a CUU Inferred of 2.824 B, less the Van Dyke amount of 1.442 B gives a SC amount of 1.382 B(25%). That becomes 5.528 B for the SC Inferred total.
