Honnestly, if I would be Teck, I would probably pay a decent price for Schaft Creek.

Afterwards, I would Swiss Cheese all the other zones at Schaft Creek that I got for free and sell them as extended phase 2 and phase 3 projects (same as QB).

That would easily pay off for the initial purchase if the other zones are equivalent to the current zone.
