If anyone is familar with Copper Mountain, they are under going a study to extend their mine with another zone (ingerbelle), which is located about 1KM away.
Currently, they are looking into the option of using the current infrastructure where most of the expansion cost would be to build a road for trucks to access the new zone. For 130M, they would double their production and are estimating a 65% IRR.
Now what's interesting with our project is that we have the Mike Zone and ES Zone both located about 1KM away from Schaft Creek. One can easily imagine how profitable it would be to use or adapt the infrastructure at Schaft Creek to process ressources from these two zone.
If we really have 2 other Schaft Creek deposits within these zones, imagine the feasibility study numbers if Teck only needs to build an additional road to start production!
