They removed the " if warranted" regarding the Tecknical Report after the June 28  Q2 report,is it possible that they completed the Tecknical Report in correlation with the DeskTop studies or the time between June and now,do they have to announce that they have started one is it material to announce it just curious why would they drop it if they were planning on doing one last year. Thanks
