I did not claim they are complete, we'd like to get a copy when they are complete.

It is not a carried interest, it is a working interest. Teck has agreed to arrange financing for our portion and recover the costs from us. We have a 25% working interest in the deposit and the value in the JV agreement, which is about an additional $ 50 million. Teck has partnered up with Newmont and Sumitomo, both of whom will finance their share of developing their joint projects.
