I also find it encouraging Who or what entity is coming on to strength the board and why ,they can't get any stronger than Teck unless it's another Major to help out with future developments.They are spending more on this vague SC work program than almost the last three years of funding combined on programs in which we got some kind of details "Can't see the forest for the trees" saying comes to mind :)
