You may be right on timelines, the truth is I think timelines are just speculation, it could too be 6 years or 6 mos as mentioned

As for 2.1 mil being chump change, maybe, but one certainty I take from this is that the project IS moving forward.  The minimum would state the opposite,  and I am glad my investment is moving closer to the finish line...I just hope the finish line is sooner than we think.
