When I call Teck IR to see where SC stands with them they always tell me to refer to CF website and the News Releases that are put out through CF. I try to tell them they are the operators with 75% majority interest in SC and that CF is only 25% plus that  holds the cards but I just get that NR regarding SC are released by CF that's it she didn't tell that they have to approve. So the " unique opportunity " is pretty much Teck just by them approving the NR,they have no problem discusing the other Projects.Please call Teck IR and see what you get.
