Total speculation on my part,but last April 4 on Tecks  Investor and Analyst Day they announced "Teck Acquires Quebrada Blanca Minority Interest" and then went on the receive Phase2 Regulstory Approval fromChile before selling 30% of QB2 to Sumitomo Corp (SC coincidental ticker :) for 1.2 Billion,could the same process be in the cards for SC, it Just seems a bit curious with what Teck  has been saying and not saying at the same time,and since our Feasability has been deemed current plus the work that has almost been completed seems SC is right in the sweet spot in regards to which Teck is talking about. IMHO!
