You're using the wrong copper cost.  The $1.02 copper cost you used is after other metal credits.

Purely per pound of copper produced is $1.02 after gold, silver, moly credits.  So revenue per year should be 232 million pounds x $3 minus the cost.

 

Roughly $500 million a year or so give or take.
