I was in Mercator too and was fortunate to sell with a very good return before the decline... hoping for the same here, but it's taking a lot more time...

I see Elmer's role more as someone EE is paying to make sure Teck is doing the right things and challenging them when required on behalf of EE.  If it would not be Elmer, we would need someone else with the same knowledge and pay grade.  The macro-environement was awful in the last decade and there's so much you can do with limited funds available.
