How does Elmer get his consulting fees? 

CFO calls ES: " Hey Elmer, I think we need to pick up some samples from our Carmax property what do you suggest?" 

ES:  " Well you know that's beyond the scope of my CEO duties - so you know I'll have to charge a consulting fee of $1000". 

CFO: "Sure thing, and add another $1000 to go collect them yourself as we can't have just anybody do this."   

ES : "I will personally do it myself, but don't forget to add your consulting fee also for the extra paperwork Braden." 

CFO: "Already done. I just love this job!"

ES: "So do I.  both laugh"
