I hear you on that. Elmer does get his money still while we all wait for an asset or company sale. Let's hope its coming this year, or announced this year with early 2020 closing so we can each get another 5k in share transfer to a tax free haven!

What has to give us hope is EE, the one paying these salaries basically, so if he is still willing to participate....what does he know? I think positive thinking. 

Also Elmer himself through many avenues whether its in corporate presentations, in person interviews, website content, or phone conversations.....it is the same message to shareholders. We will not sell for cheap, and demand fair value through NAV approach.
